1. What is the warranty on your tiles?
We offer a wide range of tile sizes to suit various design needs:

• 25×50 cm
These sizes provide flexibility for both walls and floors, also various premium styles ensuring a perfect fit for any space. Besides, you can choose OEM or ODM if you need.
2. Are your tiles suitable for both indoor and outdoor use?
Yes, we offer a wide range of tiles that are suitable for both indoor and outdoor spaces. However, we recommend specific tiles for outdoor use that are more durable and resistant to weather changes, such as porcelain or anti-slip tiles.
3.What is the difference between porcelain and ceramic tiles?
Porcelain tile with high density & low water absorption rate which is water-proof & stain-resistant better and more durable suitable for floor or heavy-foot-traffic area, then ceramic tile with low density & high water absorption rate which is more suitable for wall or light-foot-traffic area.
4. What is the difference between matte and glossy tiles?
Matte Tiles: Have a non-reflective, subtle finish. They are ideal for areas prone to moisture (like bathrooms) since they offer better grip and are slip-resistant.
Glossy Tiles: Have a shiny, reflective surface, giving a luxurious look. They are perfect for areas where you want to enhance brightness, like kitchens or living rooms, but can be slippery when wet.
5. How do I clean and maintain the tiles?
Regular Cleaning: Use a soft cloth or mop with warm water and mild detergent.
Deep Cleaning: For tougher stains, use a pH-neutral cleaner suitable for tiles.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Don’t use acid-based cleaners, as they can damage the tile surface.
6. What is the expected delivery time for orders?

7. Do you offer installation services?
We collaborate with professional tile installers and can recommend experts to help with installation. However, we currently do not offer direct installation services.
8. What shipment ways available?
And we also work with DHL, TNT，UPS，FedEx，EMS， China Airlines Post has strong cooperative relationships with many freight forwarders. You can also specify your freight forwarder.
