Time Ceramics of the Philippines is a modern enterprise specializing in the research & development, production and sales of high-quality ceramics. From foundation, the company has always adhered to the business philosophy of“Quality first, Innovation-driven and Customer first”and committed to providing diverse and high-performance tiles for domestic and international customers.
The factory is located in core Industrial & Economic corridor Batangas Province that the south-central of Luzon Island, Philippines where 90 kilometers from the capital Manila. And this place integrate the most concentrated tile raw material supply chain and industrial supporting resources of the Southeast Asia region.
The factory covers an area of 131 acres and project approved in February 2023, then invest into building from January 2024 moreover put into production from February 2025. Early stage until now we has installed two modern production lines and over a hundred intelligent production equipment from China.
The company has introduced the latest full set of production technology for both wall and floor tiles, innovates various series include 73℃ultra-white glazed tile, soft-light rustic tile, limestone wood grain tile, candy glazed tile and wear-resistant polished tile etc. A professional technical team consists of about 30 ceramic material experts, mechanical engineers and process designers among totally over 1000 Chinese and foreign staff.
After the company deeply integrates and fully uses MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, end-to-end digital governance and refined management can be achieved from particle size screening for raw materials (e.g., kaolin and quartz sand) through laser diffraction analysis, nano-scale glaze formulation development to press molding & ultra-high-temperature firing at 1230℃, final precision grinding, so that the defect rate of our products maintained below 0.5%.
Our company demonstrates its strong commitment to product innovation and quality enhancement by establishing a ceramic R&D center in Southeast Asia which is equipped with cutting-edge testing facilities including abrasion resistance testers. Our dedicated R&D team keeps a close watch on worldwide trends in building and decor, and this focus enables us to launch nearly 1000 new products annually. We have developed a comprehensive range of ceramics tiles that meet the demands of modern architectural decoration, and available in mainstream designs including popular specifications like 600×600mm, 600×1200mm, 400×400mm and styles like polished porcelain tile, rustic tile, glazed tile, veined full-body tile with multi-surface variations and custom solution project etc. We offer a vast portfolio of products with close to 1000 unique patterns which are extensively applied in high-end residence, commercial shopping mall, luxury hotel and public building and so on.
