November 7, 2023, Time Ceramics Mexico signed a school-enterprise cooperation agreement with Fuzhou College of Foreign Studies. The positions recruited in this campus recruitment drive were primarily mid-level management trainees from Spanish-majoring graduates. Successful candidates would travel to the State of Hidalgo, Mexico, for internships and formal employment.
During the forum, General Manager Haohan Xu presented an overview of the company’s operations in Mexico as well as its talent demands. Representatives from both sides engaged in face-to-face in-depth discussions. They exchanged views on further collaboration covering requirements for Spanish majors in terms of language proficiency, comprehensive qualities, job responsibilities, as well as industry-university-research integration.
