1. Safe Start: Fire Protection First
In recent years, fires have occurred frequently in many areas, posing a serious threat to human life. To enhance employees’ fire safety awareness, familiarize them with the use of fire-fighting equipment in the event of an incident, minimize casualties, protect company property, and enhance their emergency response capabilities, the company meticulously organized and conducted a fire safety emergency drill on the afternoon of April 13th.
2. Expert Demonstration: Skills Illumination
Before the fire drill officially began, Director Chen Diyi of the Company’s Administration Department provided a detailed overview of the company’s current firefighting deployment, explained drill precautions, and emphasized the importance of fire safety. For this drill, we also invited our firefighting expert, Director Dai Tianliang of the Finished Goods Hardware Warehouse, to demonstrate the standard use of firefighting equipment. With skillful movements and clear explanations, he demonstrated the standard usage of fire extinguishers and fire hydrants. All Chinese and Pakistani employees on site listened attentively.
3. Practical Firefighting – Safety Advancement
After the demonstration, participating Chinese management elites and Pakistani employees enthusiastically stepped forward and divided into groups for practical exercises. Company leader Huang Jintan personally participated in the operation of the firefighting equipment. Faced with the raging “blaze,” everyone applied their knowledge, using standard fire extinguisher techniques: one lift, two pulls, three grips, and four pressures. Aiming the extinguisher below the fire, they quickly and thoroughly extinguished the flames. Faced with a more severe blaze, everyone followed a pre-planned plan, working together to quickly open fire hydrants and spray high-pressure water jets at a distant simulated fire to quickly suppress the flames. This fire drill not only heightened employees’ fire safety awareness but also familiarized all participants with the procedures and methods for fire emergency response. Through practical exercises, everyone gained a clearer understanding of how to protect themselves and others in the event of a fire.
